Privacy Policy

Information used by the service

When you sign in or use ForgeNova, the service may process your Discord user identifier and profile information, and the server identifiers needed to provide Discord bot features. If you link an Epic account, the service processes its account identifier and display name together with authentication data required to keep the connection working.

When you request a feature, ForgeNova may receive Fortnite profile, locker, friend, shop, mission, quest, or other account information returned by Epic Games. The dashboard also processes the inputs and results needed to show the feature you selected.

How information is used

Information is used to sign you in, associate linked accounts with your dashboard, make the requested Discord or Epic Games requests, and return feature results. Discord and Epic Games process information under their own policies when requests are sent to their services. Read the Discord Privacy Policy and the Epic Games Privacy Policy.

Storage and account links

Linked-account authentication data is stored so account features can work across requests. Do not link an account unless you are authorized to use it. To request removal of linked-account data, contact ForgeNova support.

We do not use the bot to provide message-history logging, economy, or moderation features through this service dashboard.

Sharing and retention

Information is sent to Discord or Epic Games when required to provide the feature you request. The service does not sell personal information. Data is retained as needed to operate linked accounts and requested features; retention periods may depend on the feature and the systems used to provide it.

Your choices and contact

You can choose whether to sign in or link an Epic account. To ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of account data, contact ForgeNova support and identify the Discord or Epic account involved. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances.
